Our swimwear fabric made from recycled materials

by Fiorella Castro February 25, 2018

Here at Seapia we love all things nature and all things fashion. A pretty hard combo to do right. With some research we discovered a great fabric mill in Italy, Carvico that makes a fabric using waste to make beautiful high quality swimwear fabric, they've called it Econyl.

"Econyl® is produced starting from post-consumer materials and discarded products, otherwise destined to the landfill, which are transformed into a new polymer first and then into a brand new yarn, ideal for the creation of high performance fabricshttp://www.carvico.com/en/company/green-vision"

You must click here to watch the most inspirational video to see their vision. Amazing!
